Beginning the Fourth Season (whoa!) with apologies for a long delayed follow up to what could have been a disaster but wasn't and for what it is. A plea for TV help.  And a great documentary on drummers not to be missed.  And more.   

... and so much more that made this such a satisfying, challenging, fun and entirely fabulous day.  But that iced coffee.  Oh yeah, that pushed it over the top. 

It's feeling like we're heading back to normal... but is there a new challenge to cope with?  And speaking of challenges, that Bugs Bunny quiz was a breeze!  

Not just one but two big realizations- one about what a profound time this is (for all of  us), and one about the secret key to unlocking creativity (at least for me) . So, I share.

Seven minutes of statistics from this odd year we've lived. Some surprising and some not so much.  

Damn. The good news, I figured out why I'd been over packing my fridge and have gotten that under control. The bad news?  I've got a new  overindulgence and sadly I'm going to have to put the kibash on that next.   

Okay, so life continues to be a challenge.  Maybe the way to meet it is to work on a new mindset. More looking on the bright side AND a zoomless virtual class  to steer your brain over to the sunny side of the street. Get your pen and paper ready!
