5 years ago, Noble Gibbens described himself having earned a "PhD" in being addicted to people pleasing, emotionally needy, triggered easily and often, unaware of how others perceived him, terrible at handling conflict, overwhelmed by details, and continually engaging in self-sabotage.

It wasn't until his wife of 28 years called him out for needing to deal with 2 things that were utterly foreign to him: feelings and emotions. From there, Noble embarked on an "emotional fitness program" that transformed his life.

Since then, he has made it his mission to help others learn how to use their emotions FOR them rather than AGAINST them, which rests in the knowledge that no one can be emotionally healthy unless they are spiritually healthy.

Today, Noble's work is grounded firmly in his faith in Jesus Christ and he is intentional about helping people lift their "emotional hood" to live a life of greater significance.

As an entrepreneur since the age 13, Micah Shaw knows that one of the many gifts God bestowed on him is problem-solving. Mitch Majeski had no interest in becoming a pastor.

In fact, his formal training led him to earn a master’s degree in civil engineering and he had every intention to spend his career in the mining and water resource industry. Then God called and Mitch answered.

The subsequent 17 years as a pastor were filled with innumerable successes and failures, with most of the latter being self-imposed. The potholes were frequent and often deep, and in every case he turned to The Lord for guidance.

Throughout middle school and high school, Isaac Absalom found himself ashamed on being a pastor’s son. He found himself living a double life where he would do “the God thing” with his family, but he would party, drink, and chase young women with his friends.

Despite feeling guilt and shame with his worldly behavior, he couldn’t bring himself to not being influence by his friends. It wasn’t until taking a gap year between high school and college that he had the breakthrough he needed. During that year, he worked as a missionary for Youth with a Mission where he traveled to South Africa and Rwanda to serve the poor. It was in that experience when he stopped intellectualizing God and felt Him for the first time.
