For the 4th Episode of 'It's Not That Deep' we wanted to discuss the importance of acknowledging grief, trauma, and your mental state after loosing someone close to you. Grief is a word that we are all familiar with, however, many of us haven't yet experienced the depth of the word. We were joined by Colleague and friend, Rosie Crocombe, a Radio and Streaming Plugger at Sony Music who, following 6 months into her new life in London sadly lost her dad to depression. We thank you Rosie for being so brave and eloquent.
