Karl and Crew

It's Not That Hard

Listen Later

We begin a week of conversations about ways we can share the good news of Jesus with those who don’t know him.  We can make this harder than it needs to be.  First Perry shows how sharing simple stories of what Jesus has done for us can draw people into new life.  The woman at the well’s testimony in John 4 was “Come see a man who told me everything that I ever did.”  And many believed.  God can do much with little.  Then Shawna shares that our role is to move someone one step closer to Jesus.  We may get the joy of being there when they cross the line, or it may be our role to move them from -99 to -98 on the way to 0, which would be deciding to follow Jesus.
And then Perry shares that if we want to share our faith, write a letter.  Perry talks about a letter he has created to share the gospel with people he’s in relationship with.  Sometimes the door doesn’t open, and in that case the letter is the open door.  If you’d like the letter that Perry has created, text your email address:  800.968.8930.  Feel free to shape it in any way you like!
