Episode 21: On a day to day basis I realize we do a dance around the day to day of life. We allow people to play on our emotions because this is how others use us to get what they want and need. It's a play on the emotions so I needed to realize that. Now that I have gotten past this I stand firm and say no more!

Basically you enjoy the company of someone else with no strings attached.
