Tami Roman explained to the cast of The Real why she is willing to allow her husband Reggie Youngblood to father a child with another woman

“I feel like I’m at a point where my career is starting to do and reward me for all of the time and my efforts that I’ve been in this business and a baby for me right now would just be the thing to do,” she said.

Roman explained that she happily would participate in raising the child.

She also said it’s really about him being able to have his legacy here because he’s an only child.

As long as they have an understanding and agreement, I see nothing wrong with it BUT

Question: What do each of you want in a relationship?

The only way this situation would work is if the woman he decides to have a child with doesn’t mind not having her child full time. He will take the child to spend time with Tami as well

Also, men having a baby mama and not having their children under one roof adds difficulty not only financially but it makes another child from a broken home. Not that it can’t work but it’s definitely more feasible to be married to the person that you have children with

So, Tami if you are watching this video, just giving you something to think about

Now, before you get in a relationship with someone, don’t be afraid to ask the tough questions.

Consider, are you malleable or rigid when it comes to certain things in a relationship?

A lot of times we do things out of order so it makes the relationship more difficult. We have sex first, she gets pregnant and we haven’t considered asking the tough questions

Do you want children? If not, what preventive measures are we taking? Birth control? Vasectomy?

If you want kids, how many?

What about finances? Are you the spender or saver? Are you both flexible in this area or are you rigid?

In laws are another one. Does his/family like you? Do you all get along? Is there something he/she done something in the past that the in laws know about and keep bringing it up?

How often are we willing to have sex? The national average is once a week. So anything after that is a plus! Talk about it because anything that isn’t discussed cannot be set in stone because there was never a mutual agreement

Do you feel like a failure after divorce? Are men being judged in the church for divorce? What about when men date after divorce? Will the pastor remarry someone who attend their church? Should a woman go back to her maiden name after Divorce?

Kevin Hart ex wife Torrei Hart been defending herself on why she’s keeping the last name. She says:

"'Cause it's mine, first of all," she declared, “Second of all, 'cause Kevin never asked for it back — he don't want [me] to give it back, he's not trippin'."

How to Change Your Name During a Divorce

If you're getting divorced and you know you want to go back to using the name you had before your marriage, it's best to handle the name change during your divorce proceedings.

In most states, you can include your request for a name change in the divorce paperwork. If you wait to submit a name change request until after the divorce is final, though, you might have to file a separate petition and pay an additional filing fee.

However, I will say it’s a lot of work trying to get your name changed on:

Bank accounts, email addresses, school documents, certifications etc…

Some women don’t change their last name for the children.

Ultimately, do what’s best for you. This video isn’t to persuade.

However, here’s something to think about: if you are divorced from your husband, why keep his last name? Wouldn’t you want a fresh start? Do away with anything that has to do with him so you can have your full identity?

Do you talk bad about your child's mama? Daddy? If they were good enough to sleep with you, why talk bad about the other parent? I read a post that said "If your baby daddy ain't nothing, what qualifications did he meet to get it in the first place?" 

-I used to wonder why people talked bad about their baby mama/daddy 

-I promised myself to never talk bad about my ex wife because I married her and slept with her  

-What does that say about you? You slept with him/her. You got them pregnant This applies to men and women. Y'all sleep with people way too fast and don't even know him/her. Dudes be like "I strap up" but after having intercourse a couple of times, the condom comes off. At least know the status of your "situationship" are you both monogamous? Are y'all sleeping with other people?  

-If you both don't know y'all status and just hanging and banging both of you are at risk for STI's and possibly pregnancy

What is a woman of substance? She is more than meets the eye. She possesses virtues that makes others around her notice that she is not shallow. She is interesting to get to know. She possesses a depth of personality and character. Why men not choosing women of substance? A woman of that caliber isn't common, so he must have his stuff together to match her energy. 

The goal of men is to have sex with women. In today's culture men have become lazy because they can get sex from anywhere. In this sexual liberation age, men do not have to work hard anymore, so they continually chase after the easy women.  A woman of substance is usually desired by older men maybe 35 years of age (or older). When men hear a term like woman of substance, his default setting in his mind is she is boring. But that is far from the truth! Substance: Substantial or solid character or quality. Consistency and something that has separate or independent existence.

Wonder how men vet women to see if they are marriage material?  Disclaimer: most men just want to sleep with as many women as possible. Marriage isn't the first thing on his mind. The word vet is defined as: Make a careful and critical examination.
