This week on the podcast, we're adding not only an action-adventure game but also a shoot'em up (or shmup if you will) all in one handy-dandy package: it's The Guardian Legend. This game developed by Compile crossed two genre's in one. It's kinda like Zelda + Blaster Master + Zanac but way more generic than all of those! This game features a plethora of movement options and nine full worlds to explore. It also features some of the strictest standards for collectibles in any platformer! This week on the podcast, we're adding another movie from the 2000s and Timothy Olyphant's summer in Bulgaria: It's Hitman! The movie based on the franchise of the same name is about a dude named Agent 47. Agent 47 is a bald guy who's been trained from birth to be a Hitman. He gets involved in a conspiracy with the Russian government. It's a whole thing. The actual plot of this movie is confusing as fuck and involves the assassination of the Russian leader's body double(?), Desmond from Lost, the Organization(who are they?) and a subplot with a Russian prostitute that literally makes no sense. This week we're solving the mystery of where it goes on the List of Video Game Movies.

This game pitted you against computer or human foes as you a run campaign for the President of the United States. Run as a Republican like George Bush, Ronald Reagan and more or a Democrat like Paul Tsongas, Bill Clinton and Michael Dukakis. Or create your character.
