This episode is a must listen… for ALL OF YOU! We have never met a woman who didn’t struggle with gifting to yourself, so this one is for you, our beautiful, amazing friend!

We set this episode with intention to learn how to let go of the guilt and shitty inside voice that tells you not to gift to yourself.  You are always the first to give to others, whether it be a child, a relative, your partner, a coworker without thinking twice and get for you, you second guess it?! Let’s call bullshit on that! You are not taking from others by gifting to yourself… rather you are filling yourself up so that you can be a better giver to others. 

We challenge you to sit with yourself and figure out what it means to give to yourself. Figure out what it means to gift to yourself. What gifts do you love and where do you need to sprinkle that into your life?! This episode is your loving and firm reminder that it is just as important to gift to yourself as it is to others.
