We are Helene & Christina, on a mission to empower you! With that, we know that many of our friends are struggling with figuring out who they are. This can be a tough topic. Maybe you feel so much pressure to be a certain way or act a certain way. Maybe there are cultural pressures, family pressures, relationship pressures, work pressures or the more. Are you having guilt for trying to be someone you are not? Or maybe a part of you wants to change? We get you friend, this can be a tough one.

In this episode, we are so excited to help you open up the gift of life you have been given and to do some good soul searching of who you want to be! We want you to take the time you need to practice introspection and appreciate what you love about yourself and also gift yourself the permission to change or evolve the things you want in your life.

We are launching into a 3 part series on forgiveness. This week's episode is all about forgiving yourself. 

We get that it is easy to carry guilt as we believe this is the tool to ensure that we don't make that same mistake again. WRONG. It is time to think through the mistakes you have made that you are carrying with you and learn how to forgive YOUrself.  We are here with you on this tough journey as you need to truly celebrate you by letting go of this blocking belief that is hinderingYOU from being your true self!

Hey Friends!

We are Helene & Christina and we are on a mission to celebrate YOU! If your messy middle right now is all about changing your child’s school, that can be really hard.  We get it- both Helene & Christina have changed schools with their children so they know the mix of feelings and fears in making this big choice.  We struggled to know if we were making the best decision and talk about the issues that went into this decision as well as how we worked on it with our children- both the mistakes and successes we made!

We know that many of you are in a messy middle stage of sending YOUR kids to college. Oof. This is a tough one for many parents and we get you! Helene launched her daughter and 2nd child so she is in this life stage deeply with you.  Whether you are sending your 1st, 2nd or last child off- there are all the feelings.  Or maybe launching your 1st child is in your future and maybe distant future like Christina.  This episode is all for you.  It is time to prepare for the emotions, be it sadness or gladness, as you go through this stage.  We are here to validate your feelings, celebrate your successes with accomplished kids, and cry with you when you walk into that empty room.

Hey Friends!

Last week was a tough one as we talked through mistakes. This episode, we want to focus on joy! It is easy in life to notice all the things that are not going well- a difficult boss, kids acting out, issues with your partner, a health scare. The world consistently talks about what is bad. As we head into an election in the US, the media is overly focused on negativity. In these times, it is hard to see the joy. This is where this episode is such a gift to recalibrate. We are able to work together to find the joy in the little moments and see every day as a gift. We come to you as your friends who have struggled with the negative thoughts and help you to find the good in your life.
