Tisha Hammond leapt into entrepreneurship in 2015 and built the plane on her way down. Now, she’s building the system to get you seen on stages and in pages. She is known as “The Small Business Cheerleader TM ” because of her enthusiasm for entrepreneurs. With a knack for tapping into human capital, she has mastered boosting membership in numerous business communities. She is the Bestselling author of Daily Devotional for Entrepreneurs: Your Season to Grow. In February 2021, her company, Ascent Small Business Promotion, LLC, was featured by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation as a Black-owned Business who positively impacts Michigan’s economy and culture. 

In between her own stage and media appearances, Tisha Hammond is the Chief Community Activator at Career Mastered Magazine, an active Board Leader, and a passionate Broadway fanatic. Born in the city of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia Deacon Daryl Shambourger made his way to Washington, DC to attend Howard University. Shortly thereafter found employment with Georgetown University’s Athletic Department - Finance Office. Later transferring to the Men’s Basketball Office under the late Coach John Thompson, Jr.

Daryl later settled into a career in Security. While working as a security officer he was also able to obtain certification as an Emergency Medical Technician. Daryl has a servant’s heart always looking to render services to others. He has been a member of Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church since 2003 under the leadership of Archbishop Alfred Owens and Co Pastor Susie Owens. He has served with numerous ministries and is presently a facilitator with the Discipleship Ministry.

THOMAS G.WRIGHT, is a proud native son of Washington, DC's inner city. Employed with the U.S. Department of Justice since 1982, he is currently an Information Technology Manager for the Office of the Solicitor General and Office of Legal Counsel. He has been a member of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church since 1987, and shortly thereafter, accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. Married to Paula since 1990, they are blessed with two sons, Thomas Alexander and Christian Charles, 28 and 25 years old respectively. Mr. Wright is also the father of 31 years old Evan James. Saved, sanctified, and Holy Ghost filled, he is dedicated to the will of the Lord, the ways of his family, and the work of the ministry.

 

Thomas is an active member of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church , not just in word but also in deed. An ordained Deacon since 1989, he currently serves as Chairman of the Deacon Board leading over 50 men, and serves on the Men of Valor Executive Board. For several years, he was a member of "Set the Captives Free" Prison Ministry and once served as Assistant Coordinator. He taught his first class in the accredited Calvary Bible Institute in 1996 and soon became a fixture of its faculty. He currently authors or selects other men to write the Men’s Column for the Magnificent. His major task in life is to be the best husband, father, man, and servant the Lord has called him to be.

 

The scripture he lives by is Matthew 6:33, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
