I had the chance to speak with ballet dancer Kirsten Bloom Allen about an initiative called Bands and Ballet that intertwines ballet with rock music. Her goal is to enhance the visual experience of rock concerts, and she's performed with various bands including Jefferson Starship and The Wallflowers
In this new video "Sound of Silence" Kirsten and Magnus perform a stunning piece to rock band Disturbed. The "Sound of Silence" performance was choreographed by Tigran Sargsyan, an award-winning choreographer highly sought-after principal male dancer.

Matthew Browning is an emerging alternative rock artist breaking through to the top. His most recent singles, "I Walked Over the Edge" and "Midnight Symphony," are clear indicators of his talent and versatility. While "I Walked Over the Edge" is a softer, more mellow track that gives the feeling of walking in the woods on a fall day, "Midnight Symphony" has a hopeful, contagious energy, the kind of tune you'd want to listen to in the car with your windows down.
Both singles are part of Matthew's debut album, "Love & Grief."
Cut Throat Finches Releases "In Event of Moon Disaster" and I was able to speak with Sean all about the single. The new album takes inspiration and is named after a speech written by William Safire for President Richard Nixon intended for members of Apollo 11 to use in case they didn't return from their venture to the moon. In the late 1990s, author James Mann found the speech while doing research for a book.
I got the chance to speak with DEVMO after she just returned from her first 36 city National tour. Releasing the official music video to her single "Stayin' Here. In the video, we see DEVMO out at a party on the beach, trying to distract herself from her bad mood.
NY-based artist and producer Dandelot (DON-de-loh) aka Kevin Shoemaker talks about his new single and visual "Tutu".
Merging a bouncy hip hop beat with a classically influenced piano loop, "Tutu" is an upbeat, catchy tune that channels Dandelot's experience as a classically trained ballet pianist in New York.
On today's Episode I got the chance to speak with Toronto-based, Nigerian-Canadian artist Del about the release of his new project "Del Presents: A Sunset Special".
During the Interview Del explains The project features the tracks: "Uni", "Karma (ft. Ojo)", and "Heatwave". The project is a "reflection on the end of Summer and the feelings that come as the season ends".
Del has a unique, genre-bending brand of upbeat Hip-Hop that combines his influences from a culturally diverse upbringing

Empathy pop band HOAX released the second single off their narrative-driven concept album, b?: "Unamerican Dream", a not often talked about perspective on the immigrant story in America.
Both Michael Raj and Frantz Cesar of HOAX are first-generation Americans with immigrant parents who came to the U.S. seeking a new life. Having been close to the subject, HOAX will be donating 50% of royalties from "Unamerican Dream" to KIND (Kids In Need of Defense), an organization that helps immigrant children who entered the U.S. alone find a safe haven.
HOAX's debut album, b?, is a concept album that follows the narratives of 14 characters that have been thrown together in the aftermath of an Armageddon - one character for each full-length track on the album. Each song is written from the point of view of a character who explores the abstract concepts of the essence of "BEING" - an evident obsession of both the characters in the story and the band members themselves. The dichotomy of BEING vs. DOING is highlighted through careful lyrical content on the album.

Rapper Julian Xtra has teamed up with Grammy-Nominated, Multi-Platinum Producer 'AnonXmous' for his summertime hit "Need A Vibe". I got the chance to talk with Julian Xtra about the single and much more. Julian wants people to ask themselves questions like "What's the point of living if you don't like the people you choose to surround yourself with?" Also, "what's the point of money without love and good vibes around you?"

It's been TEN years since Mr. Hudson's last album, Straight No Chaser was released via Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music label. The British singer/songwriter/producer is known for his high profile work with the likes of Kanye West and JAY-Z, his unique sound and the vulnerability he imbues within his music, setting him apart from other artists. He finally makes his return with his new full-length LP WHEN THE MACHINE STOPS. The 11-track album features guest appearances by Vic Mensa and Taylor Bennett, plus additional contributions from Schae, Josh Dean, Petite Noir and Good Grace. I had the chance to speak with Mr. Hudson in this interview about the release of his new album and recent projects he has been working on.
