Episode Introduction
“if you look at the current downturn and these are the stats that we saw, the first set of applications to be cut are pure product led applications.”
Indus Khaitan is the founder of Quolum, a SaaS and Cloud Spend Reduction product funded by Sequoia and Nexus.
He founded Bitzer Mobile, which was created on the heels of the 2008 recession, and exited in what was Oracle’s first acquisition in mobile.
Most recently, he led growth at Chargebee, where revenue grew 3X. In his free time, he flies a single-engine Cessna 172 over the San Francisco bay area.
Key topics:
1. As a founder first understand your super power before deciding on whether you're a sales led or product led company.
2. The core components needed for PLG to work.
3. Should all products be PLG driven?
4. How to build a product led vs sales led GTM team.
