In this episode of The JCast Journey, host Darone Ruskay talks about the unfair action of many podcasters to “post-date” their episodes with the result of having only their shows appear (or rather prominently appear) on the Judaism iTunes Podcast page.

Rather then continue to complain to Apple and continue to ask them to only promote shows AFTER their official publication date (which would be easy for them to do I am sure) he has decided to make a statement by putting this episode up in all of the JCast Network feeds with a publication date of Jan 1, 2016 which will put it beyond any other show, and will thus list us first.

Is this fair? No! Is this right? No! Is anyone going get hurt? No, and maybe, just maybe the folks at Apple will take notice.

UPDATE: Although we have tried to update the date to January 1st, our system (a wordpress website) will not allow us to publish a podcast, but mark it for a date in the future. Oh well, we tried
