The third scenario to continue this What If Series: "What if there was a North American Football League and had a relegation structure?" In this one-part scenario, Eric and Jett decided to create a North American Football League (NAFL), which includes the IFL, CFL, XFL, USFL, and the NFL under one big umbrella. They talk about how the NAFL is structured, how the promotion and demotion of teams work, what happens when a team is relegated, and examples of which teams would be demoted and promoted through the system.
