Hello ….how are you today?

Today's podcast has been inspired by one of my client’s experience but it will relate to many of us closely because it’s about what we can do when someone hurts us. It’s obviously painful to be hurt. The challenge is how to manage our emotions in a way that is both assertive and aligned with who we are and our values.

In the podcast we will talk about:

  1. Different examples of how we can be treated unfairly.

  2. The difference between reacting and responding to those challenging situations.

  3. The emotional result of reacting and responding to someone who’s hurt us.

  4. My client’s concrete example.
