The War on Christmas continues to rage and once again Matt-Man and Jayman are ready to hop on our noble steeds and ride into battle. As always, we have no idea which side we are on though. Actually, we're on both sides and neither side. All we really want to do here at IWS Radio is Make Christmas Great Again! Is that so wrong? We hope not because that's exactly what we are going to do. 

As always our Canadian Bureau Chief Jamie Mapleleaf will be here to try and keep things from going off the rails. She will bring along her hard-working radio elves known as the IWS Players as they bring the funny. We'll check to see who got busted this week in the Great Harassment Scandals of Aught Seventeen. Matt-Man and Jayman are YUUUUGE fans of Thanksgiving. They both love all the great traditions of the holiday and like to keep it that way. (More or less.) We're going to share our favorite Thanksgiving recipes and entertaining tips so that you can enjoy the holiday as much as we do. We'll talk about the best ways to prepare the turkey or if ham is an acceptable substitute. Matt and Jay have lots of varied interests. Stuff we have been interested in since childhoo and things they have recently become obsessed with. We enjoy reading and learning about new and different things and our interests are quite eclectic. People are always surprised by all of the little bits of trivia Matt and Jay know. Not that we're experts on stuff or anything really, but we do have at least a basic working knowledge of lots of different subjects. That's what we're gonna talk about this week. Well, until we get distracted and go off in a random direction and never make it back around to the show's topic. That's part of our charm.

The minor wackiness of NFL players taking a knee during the pre-game kickoff playing of the National Anthem has exploded into a full blow scandal ignited by Donald Trump's pre-occupation with it. Americans everywhere are feigning outrage over it and/or defending the actions of the players. The crisis has reached Sudden Death levels, so naturally...

Jay, Matt, and the IWS Radio team will be making fun of the entire situation. They'll also be mocking Tom Price, Alabama's soon-to be, racist, homophobic U.S Senator Roy Moore, and they'll enjoy some Oktoberfest beer and boobs.
