Joe-Brown's informed opinion is that, in the time of COVID-19, people resist change.  In order to strengthen our bodies and minds, we must embrace new habits.  Join a gym to strengthen your body.  Join school to strengthen your mind.

Joe-Brown's informed opinion is that high school students must learn how to depend on their “natural resources” of resilience, persistence, and grit in order to achieve the goals that they set for themselves even in the face of COVID-19.

Joe-Brown's informed opinion is that high school students are missing their high school environment.  They must mourn this loss, adapt to the current situation, and continue to strengthen body, mind, and spirit, in order to prepare for the opportunities that will follow COVID-19.

Joe-Brown's informed opinion is that high school students must continue to prepare their bodies, minds, and spirits for the future.  They will become stronger.  They will turn their dreams into reality. They will become passionate about achieving their goals.  They will choose pathways and identify a clear ways forward in spite of COVID-19.
