Fargo Davies girls basketball head coach Tim Jacobson resigned from his position on Tuesday.

Jacobson led Davies to three state tournament appearances and two EDC Tournament Conference championships during his four-year tenure.

Glen Taylor is looking to sell the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Wilf family and Kevin Garnett are reportedly in the running to buy the franchise.

The Wilf family owns the Minnesota Vikings, 

Taylor has owned the team since 1994, when he bought it for about $88 million. He is seeking at least $1.2 billion for the team. 

Taylor told the Athletic he will not sell the team to a group that wants to move it out of Minneapolis.

The University of Jamestown and Jamestown Public Schools are teaming up to renovate Taylor Stadium. 

University of Jamestown athletic director Sean Johnson talks with Jack Michaels on the plans and what to expect for Jimmie athletics this fall.
