In the fourth episode for season 2 Jack is joined by his good friend & model Polly Waddicor. Jack speaks to Polly about the journey she's taken in becoming a signed model. When looking at Polly's impressive portfolio it would be easy to think that confidence is something that always came naturally, but in reality, it's been a real journey of growth, determination & a lot of self-belief. The pair speak about the stigmas of the industry, from mental health to managing your wellbeing in an industry that's now embracing diversity more than ever before. It's an inspiring story & really proves that with a dream and a lot of self-belief, anything is possible. 

In the 2nd episode of season 2 Jack is joined by graphic designer & university student Zak Billingham. The pair speak about what it means to be a man in 2020, it may not be what you'd expect. From breaking down stigmas to covering topics of sexuality, mental health & toxic masculinity, it's a fast moving & insightful episode. It takes different angles and covers two different stories of how both Zak and Jack took their own path in discovering what being a man really means to them, the view they now have being totally opposite to what they originally thought in their teenage years... just 2 stories of what it truly means to be a man, in 2020!

In the very first episode for season 2 Jack is joined by Billy Paul Harding, a mental health advocate from London & founder of Warriors Stand United, a mental health support group for men within the Sutton borough. The pair speak about their varied experiences of both PTSD and CPTSD, along with two very different stories of struggle, strength and recovery. Billy witnessed a traumatic event over 10 years ago, the effects of this remain still, but the resilience & hope Billy displayed throughout his journey led to him finding new life, life after the trauma. It's an inspiring episode, it shows what is truly possible in the face of darkness.

In the fifth episode of the season Jack is joined by his good friend Ashley Bayliss, the pair met over Instagram & bonded over their love of fashion & have been friends since. They speak about how they have both achieved significant goals in the past few years. Ashley is 21 & started his own fashion brand A2B Couture last year, whereas Jack has just released a book he's been writing since 2016 called Being The Best You! It's an inspiring episode which aims to show with hard work, self belief & good support in place, anything is possible! 

In the third episode in the season Jack is joined by good friend Will Juggins, a fellow final year university student. The pair chat about something they both have a passion for, personal development, and explore several interesting topics like goal setting, the good and bad of life plans, and their own tips to get the very most out of life with the development theme running throughout... it's a good one! 

In the second episode of A Slice of Life Jack Walton is joined by his twin sister Molly. The pair speak about their own journeys of coming out, the struggles they faced in finding themselves, and eventually finding happiness in just accepting each other for who they are. Jack and Molly chat about growing up as gay siblings, in a town and school especially that was anything but accepting, its an insightful chat.
