Jack White launched his 2018 tour last week with shows in Detroit and Milwaukee, which made Jack fans here in Chicago say, “Detroit and Milwaukee but not us?”

We just have to wait until August, to be touched by his Boarding House Reach when Jack headlines Lollapalooza, Marty Lennartz and XRT Digital Producer Marty Rosenbaum didn’t have the patience to wait.

They packed up the car and right after work on Friday and hit the highway to sit in rush hour traffic and make our way slowly up to Brewtown to see Jack play at The Eagles Club.

The trip gave them plenty of time to talk and the two preview and review one of the first shows of Jack White's lengthy tour.
