My inspiration for the book came about because I was frustrated seeing people getting sicker instead of healthier. It seems like every day there’s a new rare disease being discovered and more health problems cropping up. As a woman who has lived with physical and emotional pain, I know the frustration that can come with not feeling good.  

My clients were sharing stories of how they’ve been failed by the health care system and left to live with daily physical pain and exhaustion day after day.
