There comes a time in our lives when we have to make hard decisions. Leave a job or end a friendship or relationship that is no longer suiting us. It's not easy ending things that we thought would last but you have to do what's right for you. At the end of the day, it's all about how you feel. Discomfort comes with change but remember whatever it is that you choose to do God will support you along the way.

Most of us have been conditioned to believe that we owe those around us an explanation but that is not true. You dont owe anyone anything and they do not owe you anything. If you can't find the words to explain yourself thats ok and if those that you surround yourself with aren't patient with you then those kinds of people shouldn't be in your circle. Don't feel guilty for not explaining yourself you dont owe anybody anything.

In this, episode I speak about how most of us pressure those around us to speak about situations that we can see makes them uncomfortable. It shouldn't be done! Instead of pressuring someone to speak about a situation that they are uncomfortable about, support them. Let them know that you support their choice and that you are there for them when they are ready to speak about that situation.

In this generation, they seem to misconstrue being honest as being rude and that is unacceptable to me. There is nothing wrong with being honest it's something that we all should do but sadly thats, not the case. Nobody should be canceled for speaking their truth.
