The villainous Noire and his sidekick, oser Lou, have escaped in Jimmy's jeep from the church parking lot, much to the horror of the "Under the Hood" team in Jimmy's jeep. The sheriff's posse, which consists of Eustace, Nahum, Nettie, Elvira, Bob and Pastor Jack, are in hot pursuit of Noire and Lou as the two drove recklessly in the jeep over the high mountain cliffs and finally took one precarious curve too many, too fast and the jeep ends up hanging on by a few branches and rocks as lost loser Lou's time may be up
