Noire survives death through the prayers of the very people he betrayed, as well as the 40 year old prayers of Noire's late great Auntie Pearl. We learn that Noire's real name is Lazarus, which is most appropriate considering that he was delivered from the actual place called HELL by Jesus Christ and is now a firm believer in Jesus as his Savior! He understands now that there is a real Heaven and a real HELL!
