It's been 150 days, since I started waking up  before the sun.  In this episode I decided to speak about some of the positive effects of it on my life. I also tell about how I came up with the idea of becoming an early bird.

I decided to be more spontaneous and speak more freely, therefore record the episodes more often than once a week.

Language: German. In this episode I had a great chance to interview Samy Löwe - a passionate 23 year old illustrator, designer and entrepreneur.  He currently lives and works in Stuttgart (Germany). Samy’s clients include The National Geographic,  Bild Zeitung, the City of Hamburg and the Bundestag. In 2019 Samy had accomplished a 365 challenge - he managed to post one creative illustration every day on his Instagram: @samy_loewe. In our interview Samy tells me his story and gives lots of useful tips, that can help anyone be more creative, more productive and more inspired...right now :)
