James Silvas is a Mindset Specialist & Peak Performance Coach, who is the founder of Silvas Speaks LLC and the Host of the "Be That 1%" Podcast. James is a born and raised Las Vegas local who graduated from, and played football at, Foothill High School. Upon graduation James decided to forgo offers to play college football out of state and decided to stay home at UNLV. During his college career James realized his helpful skills and mindfulness to surrounding circumstances were something others sought out for with personal assistance. This is when James knew that he possessed something special.
    Silvas speaks was formed in 2014 with a goal to help others look inward and Be that 1% that they really inspire to be. 6 years later, James has been featured across multiple local news outlets, held dozens of workshops, seminars, and community building events. The Be That 1% Podcast has been listened to in over 75 countries and is a common go to listen for those aspiring to push themselves to new levels.

Silver and Black today was founded in 2017, nearly two and a half years before the Raiders would ever play their first game within Sin City. Over this time the company has grown into a multifaceted new source that has been built on long-form editorials, community engagement, and multiple podcasts & radio shows.      Mike Peregrina is the Co-Founder & CFO of Homie, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage that has recently raised a $23 Million Series B Fundraising Round. Homie, founded in 2016, began its journey in the state of Utah and quickly found itself as the #1 residential real estate brokerage after 18 short months. Since then they have expanded into Phoenix and more recently Las Vegas.      Andrea Martinez is the Director of Operations for The Just One Project and is a member of the Junior League Las Vegas. The Just One Project is the largest mobile distribution food bank in Nevada. Over the course of the last year The Just One Project has distributed over 250,000 pounds of food to over 19,000 families. Their Pop-Up & Give events happen multiple times, per month, across 10 locations in the city. The Junior League is a national women volunteer & empowerment organization that was established in Las Vegas over 70 years ago.

Darren Rabinowitz is a Professional Poker Player who moved to Las Vegas in 2012, upon graduating from Arizona State University. From what had begun as a friendly game in high school quickly unraveled into a life-long profession post-college. Upon graduation, Darren decided to "make a pit stop" in Las Vegas and try out his luck in the Poker scene.      Ann Bernard is the founder of the #365FirstsChallenge, Next Level Firsts Coaching,  Podcast Host of the #365FirstsChallenge, & 24-year Marine Core Veteran.      Ann Bernard joined the Marine Core at the age of 17. After being discharged for 11 years of service she began multiple business ventures that include life coaching & social media technologies. Ann road her way up the ranks and eventually left after 24 years of full service.      Leeor Engelstein is the owner of Full Conceal Manufacturing & Founder/Owner of Solvent Traps USA, both right here in Las Vegas. Full Conceal is best known for their foldable handgun, which requires a Concealed Carry Permit (CCW) to own. Solvent Traps USA is a firearm cleaning system that is designed to capture cleaning solvent in order to be disposed of efficiently, which also requires a E1-Form approval to own.
     Leeor is originally from California and moved to Las Vegas in 2011. After graduating from Cal State Northridge with an undergrad degree in Poly Sci, he went on to take & pass his LSAT, which is required to get into Law School. Upon reassessing what he wanted to do with his life Leeor passed on the opportunity to become a lawyer and followed a passion of his in the gun industry. Leeor knocked on the door of Full Conceal and found himself hired days later. After 4 years he owns his own branch of Full Conceal and is now beginning his second venture with Solvent Traps USA.
