Merideth Spriggs is the Founder & Chief Kindness Officer of Caridad, a full-service street outreach agency that serves as a homeless concierge service. Caridad strives to humanize homeless by providing compassionate service based street outreach to end homelessness. This 501(c)(3) non-profit agency offers a myriad of services that include simple things like conversation, water, understanding, and more complex services like job allocation, life planning, and donations. The staple of their organization is the Caridad Gardens, which is a full-service produce garden in the heart of Downtown. The gardens serves as an HQ, revenue, and place to house homeless with a temp place of employment.
     Merideth Spriggs found her homeless, in 2008, with a Master's Degree in Divinity, and no where to go. This experience gave her the inspiration to help others, often misunderstood situations, find assistance for their situations. This ex nightclub host combines her knowledge and expertise from a handful of previous life fulfillments and values. Thank you Merideth!

     Mike Peregrina is the Co-Founder & CFO of Homie, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage that has recently raised a $23 Million Series B Fundraising Round. Homie, founded in 2016, began its journey in the state of Utah and quickly found itself as the #1 residential real estate brokerage after 18 short months. Since then they have expanded into Phoenix and more recently Las Vegas. This vertically integrated real estate company has quickly turned itself into a 1-stop-shop with offerings of home insurance, loans, closing services, and even home services. Homie offers a flat commission fee which saves the sellers around $10,000.
     Mike Peregrina was born in Los Angeles and moved out to Vegas to finish his final 2 years of high School at Bonanza. Upon graduation Mike attended UNLV, to study Architecture, and investing in homes on the side. But once the 08' financial crisis hit Mike lost everything and eventually went back to school to study finance.
