Jake Hammond is a dad of two from South East Brisbane and the creator of Dad Mode On. A former plumber who spent more than a decade on the tools, he now works in sales and uses his lived experience to spark real conversations around fatherhood and men’s mental health. After losing his father young, he carried depression, anxiety, and the effects of neglecting his own health. Becoming a dad forced him to step up, reassess his priorities, and start showing up differently. Dad Mode On is his platform to make those conversations normal, relatable, and honest so dads feel less alone and more supported.
