Prepping for a (sport, fight, competition, physical test). What’s the difference between the two? 1.) Intensity 2.) dedication 3.) preparation which is more sustainable ? Being in shape. relationships (the good the bad and the ugly) Part 2 (the ugly): what’s an ugly relationship look like? 1.) couples all over each other - (needy, dependent, have to show to everyone they love them, young minded, insecure, not truly happy) 2.) boring ass couples-(why be in a relationship, one wants to do stuff and the other holds them back, cheep, no imagination) 3.) vanilla ass sex life (only do it missionary, don’t freak talk , don’t intro lube / toys, no spice) 4.) put their partner on a pedi stool (idolize, pressure, over expectation, setting yourself up for failure, unhealthy, un-realistic) 5.) couples that are two comfortable around each other (fart and burp around each other , talk in detail about past partners, are friends before getting into a relationship, this kills the lust).
