Over the weekend, Sal’s son’s team lost in the Little League semi-finals, but he still may go to the finals anyway. Phil Mickelson won the PGA Championship, which brings up the question- is this the year of the old guy (01:45)?
Dave goes to the Aquarium and misses the Penguins game to see actual penguins, the guys don’t understand how he could do this (05:30). Then Sal and Dave discuss all the upsets in the Western Conference round 1, game 1, playoff games and who could be in the most trouble. Sal likes the play-in round but thought it took a toll on both the Warriors and Lakers in their next games. Then they discuss the Eastern Conference and the Knicks return to the playoffs and Trae Young silencing the crowd. Dave still likes the Nets and Lakers to meet in the NBA Finals (15:45).
