The accomplished work of Chris is our anchor and hope. But what does that mean on a day to day basis? What bearing does the accomplished work of Christ have on my day to day routineon the emails I send at work, the texts I send to friends, the way I spend my money, the way I treat my neighbours. Am I saved simply to fight to have some kind of devotional relationship with God at various intervals during the week or something much greater and richer. Join us as we consider how the accomplish work of Christ impacts our lives.

The eternal deity of Jesus Christ - Jesus. The most controversial person who has ever lived. Who was he? What did he claim? What does Scripture say about him? We come to one of the most complex passages in Scripture about Christ this Sunday. This is one of the passages many cults use to defend their non-triune beliefs. There is nothing more crucial then understanding who Jesus is and what that means for us.

How real is your Jesus? - This week we step out of Colossians to a parrallel passage to consider the nature of Jesus as fully God and fully man as celebrated in another of the Apostle Paul's praises to God.

A prayer for believers - The Apostle Paul offers a prayer for the Colossians believers that is a model for us as we pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Introduction to Paul's letter to the Colossians - The Apostle Paul is writing to a group of young believers in the church at Colossae who have been inundated with skeptics questioning the sufficiency of Christ and thus the validity of their faith. Paul writes to assure them of the all sufficiency of Christ in both who He is and what He's accomplished.

I wont go out in public until there is a cure. We should all wear masks from now on? They cant close everything down a second time, well cripple the economy. Everything should be shut down. There are a variety of opinions everywhereat home, the workplace and even the church. How should the family of God navigate such a challenging issue.

As God has wired us for relationship and community, isolation and loneliness have been ramifications of the fall that devastate many. The battle against COVID has exasperated this challenge as each of us have struggled with our inability to connect with others through COVID. Friendships have been strained and damaged and relationships have been shattered as some have felt neglected and abandoned. Others have flourished in not only enjoying cherished friends and family but in discovering new friends. God is building a people that He describes as His bodyas a family. How do we begin to rebuild some of the rich community we experienced pre-COVID or if we never experienced that rich community, how can we be part of building a strong community?
