James Padilla Cisneros is a predator that was involved in the Long Beach, California edition of To Catch a Predator. Twenty-nine years of age at the time, Cisneros used the graphic screen name "whittierlacumandbig" to begin a chat with a decoy posing as a twelve-year-old girl. Cisneros proclaimed having had sex with a thirteen-year-old girl he met online. He later inquired if the decoy liked having sex and whether they could hang out. The decoy informed him she couldn't, but Cisneros offered they could sneak away and they could obtain a hotel room and have sex there. When the decoy objected, Cisneros caved and went to the sting house. When talking to the decoy, Cisneros stated he brought condoms and asked what room she wanted to have sex in. That’s when Chris stepped out.
