Coach Teter is a native of West Virginia where he played multiple sports in high school. He went on to play at the college level before starting his teaching and coaching career in Florida. Coach worked his way up in the profession before getting his first HFC job at Clay in Florida. He came to Georgia after than beginning at Dunwoody and has been at Sequoyah for the past 17 years.
