Attitude is arguably the most important component of self-protection. Without attitude, awareness is worth nothing and neither is anything else. In the first episode of the second season of the Clubb Chimera Martial Arts podcast Jamie Clubb looks at one of the most contentious aspects behind a survival attitude.
By starting with an ancient poem as his starting point this episode touches upon a wide range of topics, including discipline, temptation, fear, WWI trenches, stoicism and, above all, hope.
