BLVCKBOW (black rainbow) is a name that alludes to the Hawaiian legend of Kumulipo, the darkness that existed before creation. “Color is one of the languages of the universe,” says Jasmine. “Blackness contains all the colors as the absorption of light in the spectrum,” Brittni remembers when the two would often meet at shows or the market back on the island. “There’s was always this connection but it wasn’t the right time,” she avows.  “Now we know why: This is the right time.

John 3 is a songwriter and recording artist located in Waco, Texas. In his spare time he is also a gamer and blogger. He is also an avid collector of guitars and other stringed instruments (ukulele and mandolin).

In his late high school years he found a knack for songwriting. Then in college discovered the music program at McLennan Community College (MCC). That's when he knew he wanted to pursue music a profession. He received a degree in audio technology, then opened his own recording studio, Connor Music Productions. There he produced and recorded dozens of artists from around Central Texas. Great times!

After nearly a decade of producing artists, he then decided to shift focus to teaching and songwriting, which he absolutely loves doing. As a DIY Musician, he has written and recorded five albums in five years. He loves spending my time writing and recording new material in my home studio. When he is not working on music I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my nieces Brooklyn and Katherin.

He has been very thankful and blessed to be able to do what he loves. He encourages others to chase after their dreams too.
