Each morning we strive to bring you some of the best positive stories.  Host Ryan Wrecker shares a story of a Minneapolis area woman celebrating her 100th Birthday.  The Minnesota Vikings heard how much of a fan she is and sent her tickets to the upcoming NFC Championship game.  After that we visit the Great White North, Canada, where we learn the long lasting bitter cold is actually helping with a problem up there.  It’s killing off rats!  We switch gears a little bit with our next story.  Earlier in the show Rev. Larry Rice sat in studio with Ryan where he took many calls from listeners who were excited about some of the good work he has done.  Next, we talk about why Homeowners Associations are not good things.  One HOA is requiring homeowners to keep their garage door open or face a $200 fine.  Another HOA took a man’s home away while he was headed to Iraq for Military service.  Finally, Google has added a fact check service on its search engine that seems to target conservative sites instead of more liberal ones.
