Missouri lawmakers are considering free needle exchange legislation for drug users. While no one likes that people are using these drugs, host Ryan Wrecker explains why this program is a great way to save money and, more importantly, lives.  After that, Ryan explains why we are looking at replacing the Hubble Telescope and what exactly the James Webb telescope is capable of doing that Hubble cannot.  Ryan then ends the hour with a call from listener Bree about how we take for granted the similarities between the U.S. and Russia.
