日本では、生産活動を行ううえで、4月を一年の始まりとするのが一般的である。

明治維新以降の近代化とともに始まった習慣で、こうした暦を「年度」という。

「年度」を一年のサイクルとして、企業でも学校と同じようにさまざまな「行事」を行う。

例えば、年度の始まりである4月には「入社式」がある。この行事では、社長が新入社員を前に訓辞し、新入社員はこの企業の発展のために力を尽くすことを誓う。

式次第は、学校で経験してきた「入学式」などとほとんど同じであるから、戸惑うことは無い。

その後、季節ごとに行われる社内行事に参加することは、社員にとって半ば義務となる。

日本企業の年中行事を概観してみよう。

入社式のあとは、歓迎会である。

これは、桜の花見を兼ねて行われることが多い。

夏には、納涼会等と称して、ビアガーデンにビジネスマンが溢れる。

秋は、屋外でバーベキューやスポーツ大会などが企画されることもある。

冬になると、11月の末ごろから忘年会である。

その酔いの冷めやらぬうちに今度は新年会だ。

2月や3月は年度末の多忙を極める時期だが、退職や転勤をする同僚を囲んでの送別会は必須である。

そしてまた、4月になって新しい年度のスタートだ。

最近は、こうした行事に参加することを嫌がる若者も増えている。

しかし、こうした行事を通して、社員間の相互理解が進むことは確かであり、それがその企業の雰囲気、延いては業績にまで影響することもあるのは否めない。

したがって、こうした企業行事にはやはり積極的に参加することが求められるのである。

にほんでは、せいさんかつどうをおこなううえで、4がつをいちねんのはじまりとするのがいっぱんてきである。

めいじいしんいこうのきんだいかとともにはじまったしゅうかんで、こうしたこよみを「ねんど」という。

「ねんど」をいちねんのサイクルとして、きぎょうでもがっこうとおなじようにさまざまな「ぎょうじ」をおこなう。

たとえば、ねんどのはじまりである4がつには「にゅうしゃしき」がある。このぎょうじでは、しゃちょうがしんにゅうしゃいんをまえにくんじし、しんにゅうしゃいんはこのきぎょうのはってんのためにちからをつくすことをちかう。

しきしだいは、がっこうでけいけんしてきた「にゅうがくしき」などとほとんどおなじであるから、とまどうことはない。

そののち、きせつごとにおこなわれるしゃないぎょうじにさんかすることは、しゃいんにとってなかばぎむとなる。

にほんきぎょうのねんちゅうぎょうじをがいかんしてみよう。

にゅうしゃしきのあとは、かんげいかいである。

これは、さくらのはなみをかねておこなわれることがおおい。

なつには、のうりょうかいなどとしょうして、ビアガーデンにビジネスマンがあふれる。

あきは、おくがいでバーベキューやスポーツたいかいなどがきかくされることもある。

ふゆになると、11がつのまつごろからぼうねんかいである。

そのよいのさめやらぬうちにこんどはしんねんかいだ。

2がつや3がつはねんどまつのたぼうをきわめるじきだが、たいしょくやてんきんをするどうりょうをかこんでのそうべつかいはひっすである。

そしてまた、4がつになってあたらしいねんどのスタートだ。

さいきんは、こうしたぎょうじにさんかすることをいやがるわかものもふえている。

しかし、こうしたぎょうじをとうして、しゃいんまのそうごりかいがすすむことはたしかであり、それがそのきぎょうのふんいき、えんいてはぎょうせきにまでえいきょうすることもあるのはいなめない。

したがって、こうしたきぎょうぎょうじにはやはりせっきょくてきにさんかすることがもとめられるのである。

In Japan, with carrying out production activities, April usually marks the start of the year.

With a custom that began with the period of modernization starting in the Meiji Era, this calendar is called the "fiscal year."

However, it is certain that you can build a mutual understanding with colleagues by participating in these events, and it can't be denied that this has an effect on a company's atmosphere and results.

Therefore, it's desirable to actively participate in company events like these.
