“B, even if A” is used when you want to say that B is still true in the case of A. Add “も” to the verb or い-adjective te-form. With な-adjective and nouns, use “でも”.

For instance, if you were to say “I will do what I want to do even if my parents disagree.”「両親に反対されても、自分がやりたいことをやります。」
