Bednar wasn’t handed the dominant Avalanche team we’ve seen for several years now. He started his tenure with a 22-56 season and fought with this squad all the way to the Cup parade. We talk about Nathan MacKinnon’s competitive fire, coaching a guy like Nazem Kadri, his own journey of playing hockey and much more.
