Ball Watching host, Jake Koenig, welcomes Jarryd Phillips to the show as a special guest interview! Jarryd graduated from the University of Maine and obtained his Master of Science (MSc) in Kinesiology & Exercise Science prior to getting into coaching and sports science with clubs like Seattle Sounders, Minnesota United FC, and New England Revolution. Now, as the Director of Sports Performance at St. Louis CITY SC, Jarryd is a key member of the first team coaching staff.

In the interview, Jarryd talks about his growing up in South Africa, the soccer culture in his home country, his journey into coaching / sports performance, his experience in the MLS, his approach to sports performance, how he's enjoying St. Louis, his expectations for the second half of CITY's season, and a ton more!
