His military background includes critical leadership roles as a CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive) Specialist, Hazmat Control Officer, and Communications NCOIC. Jason directed large-scale training operations involving over 5,000 troops, managed more than $5 million in military assets, and consistently demonstrated exceptional adaptability under pressure. His deployments to Iraq, Germany, and several U.S. bases established him as a key figure in both operational readiness and mentorship within intelligence and chemical defense units. Following his military service, Jason returned to Northeastern Pennsylvania, where he continues to serve the public as State Section Director for MUFON PA Area #3. In this role, he has overseen and closed more than 80 UFO investigation cases.
