On Sunday, Palatine won their 7th Carlow SFC title. Jason Kane and Jack Brennan were joint captains. Here, Jason Kane reflects on what has been an amazing year for the club. 
They were emotional times as well. A number of much loved and revered club members went to their eternal reward and it was Billy Kane's  third anniversary on the Sunday that his son lifted the cup. 
Jason talks about this and the many factors which brought the win which few people within the county predicted.
