Miracle Mentality
1. Our God Is Like No Other – He is Grand in All His Ways
Isaiah 40:28 Have you never heard? Have you never understood?
The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth.
He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his
understanding
Gen 1:1-2 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The
earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters.
And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters
Day One: He created the light, day, and night
Day Two: He created the sky
Day Three: He created the land, seas, vegetation, plants and trees
Day Four: He created the stars, seasons, sun, and moon
Day Five: He created the fish and birds
Day Six: He created the animals, he created man and woman
Day Seven: Gen 2:2 On the seventh day God had finished his work of
creation, so he rested from all his work.
Rev 22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,
the First and the Last.”
2. Hold Onto Your Childlike Faith
Num 23:19 “God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that
He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken,
and will He not make it good?
Rom 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of
God
Matt 18:3 Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the
greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
● Disappointments in life and doubts will try to chip away at your child
like faith
● Cast down every imagination – everything that comes into your
mind that is against God (especially old roots)
● Fear reasons in the “how’s and “why's”, faith simply believes God’s
word
3. With God All Things Are Possible – Nothing Is Impossible
● The Lord Provides (Jehovah Jireh)
1 Kings 17:2-6 Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah: “Leave here,
turn eastward and hide in the Kerith Ravine, east of the Jordan. You will
drink from the brook, and I have directed the ravens to supply you with
food there.”So he did what the Lord had told him. He went to the Kerith
Ravine, east of the Jordan, and stayed there. The ravens brought him
bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and
he drank from the brook. (The Lord Provides)
● Centurion’s Servant healed by Jesus – Matt 8
Matt 15:31 The people were amazed when they saw the mute speaking,
the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing. And they
praised the God of Israel.
Heb 13:8 NKJV Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Tithe and Offering – Our God Is A God of Plenty
Prov 3:9-10 Honor the Lord with your possessions,
And with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled
with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.

Miracle Mentality – God is a Miracle Working God

1. We Serve a Miracle Working God - Developing Capacity for Miracles

Jn 21:25 Jesus also did many other things. If they were all written down, I suppose the whole world could not contain the books that would be written

Jesus turns water into wine, heals The Official’s son, heals Peter’s mother-in-Law, drives out an evil spirit, heals many of the sick at evening, performs the first miracle of fish being caught, cleanses a man with leprosy, heals a paralytic, heals a man’s withered hand, raises a widow’s son in nain, calms a storm, casts out demons into a heard of pigs, heals a woman in the crowd, raises Jairus daughter from the dead, heals two blind men, heals a man unable to speak, heals an invalid at bethsethda,  walks on the water, heals many sick and Gennesaret, heals a woman’s demon possessed daughter, heals a deaf and dumb man, feeds 4000 and 5000, heals a blind man at Bethsaida, heals a man born blind, heals a boy with a demon, Miraculously pays his taxes, heals a blind mute demoniac, heals a cripple woman, cleanses ten lepers, raises lazarus from the dead, restores sight to bartimeous, withers the fig tree, heals the centurion’s severed ear

2. The Miracle of Freedom – Tell The World What The Lord Has Done
 
Mark 5:5,8,15,19-20 Night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones. For Jesus had said to him, “Come out of this man, you impure spirit!” When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed begged to go with him. Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.”  So the man went away and began to tell in the 10 cities how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed

God heard my cry and did a miracle for me - When God does miracles for us we must give back and we can never out give God

Ex 3:9-10 The cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them. Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt

3. Giving Releases Our Faith for Miracles – What Are You Believing For
 
1 Kings 17:12-15 So she said, “As the Lord your God lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar; and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die.” And Elijah said to her, “Do not fear; go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me; and afterward make some for yourself and your son. For thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the Lord sends rain on the earth.’ ” So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days. The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke by Elijah

Once she sowed into the ministry her finances switched kingdoms
Putting God’s agenda first, releases the miracle of provision

2 Cor 9:6-8 [Remember]: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to others] will also reap generously [and be blessed]. Let each one give [thoughtfully and with purpose] just as he has decided in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver [and delights in the one whose heart is in his gift]. 

The 5 Keys to Ride Prosperously

1. Prosperity is a Promise - God's will is to Prosper Us in Every Area of Life

Ex 3:8 I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Enemy and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of their enemies 

• Large Place - Into a state of freedom, plenty, safety and comfort 

Ps 66:12 We went through fire and water, but You brought us into abundance (a wealthy place, satisfaction)

2. Prosperity Has Power - God Gives Power to Create Wealth

Deut 8:18 And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day

• Power – Vigor, strength, force, abilities, wealth, means, capacity

3. Prosperity is for Pleasure - To Live Happily Ever After 

Ps 35:27 Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”

• Joy and Gladness – The bible has 653 references to joy and gladness

Deut 4:40 (nlt) All will go well with you and your children. You will enjoy a long life in the land the LORD your God is giving you

• Go well - Be good, pleasing, to live long and to do well and prosper in everything, and to live happily ever after 

1 Tim 6:17 Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy

Ecc 2:24-25 (nlt) I decided there is nothing better than to enjoy food and drink and to find satisfaction in work. Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God. For who can eat or enjoy anything apart from him?

4. Prosperity Has a Purpose - To Help The Broken, The Poor, and The Needy 

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him

• Do Good - Do good deeds, perform kind service, to be philanthropic

Matt 25:35-36,40 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’

Prov 19:17 Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will repay him for his deed

5. Prosperity Must Have a Strong Perspective – Keep Eternity in Mind
Matt 6:20,24 Lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

• I’m Loyal - We don’t serve money we serve God with our money

Ps 45:4 (kjv) Ride prosperously (victoriously pushing forward) because of truth, humility, and righteousness
