On today’s episode of Reborn, Ashley is joined by NPC and IFBB Pro physique competitor, world-renowned fitness coach, fitness influencer, entrepreneur and father, Jason Poston. 

Jason discovered bodybuilding at the age of 19 and the rest is history. In 2011, he competed in his first NPC competition at the Oklahoma City Grand Prix, placing fifth. He made his IFBB Pro debut in 2012, placing third at the Houston Pro. From there, he’s gone on to achieve several top 10 finishes at IFBB Pro events to include four first place finishes and four top 10 finishes at Mr. Olympia events. 

His journey has not been easy. Around the time he started competing, Jason was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Jason’s determination helped him learn to live with and excel with the disease. He pours that same knowledge and passion into every person he coaches.
