Jason brings over 20 years of mortgage and coaching experience and views Certified Mortgage Planners as a coaching company that happens to do mortgages. He believes in leading by example still averaging over $50 million in personal production.  He attributes the ability to produce and lead to his amazing team; and to his business partner/CEO, BJ Sellers and Chief Sales Officer, Dennis Waxman both not being in production. However, Jason’s primary focus and passion is coaching his loan officers and referral partners to achieve their dreams. Jason’s approach is tactical and process-driven, making him a highly effective mortgage professional and coach. He leads from the front, actively engages in the trenches, and never demands more from his team than he does from himself.
