Jaylen Brown suffered a maxillary facial fracture, and the Celtics said his status will be updated sometime next week as the team approaches the All-Star Break.

Brad Stevens told reporters that Jaylen Brown won't require surgery, but has been fitted for his mask already and is dealing with discomfort, as expected. Stevens said that it “Doesn’t look like it’s going to be too long, which is a good thing.”
