Jeremy Scott joins the JayTime podcast from Arizona! His fitness business is helping any and all people reach their fitness goals through personal training. Tyler Matthews shares his story of the ultimate grit of flourishing in the basketball industry in Miami and Cocoa Beach. From working at an ice cream shop during the day and training at night, he's learned valuable lessons along the way. He never imagined doing training full time, but with a strong work ethic and dedicated energy to building relationships, he's now able to do it year-round. We talk about different type of parents and in his mind what parent are doing to help their kids succeed, and others that are holding their kids back. Lastly, we discuss what seperates athletes during training sessions.
Tobias Sunderland was not raised in a normal household. Instead, his family decided to live on a boat, traveling the world while educating the children through experiences and home schooling. He talks about the positives that can come out of a unique situation like that and also the drawbacks socially that kids can endure. Not only does Tobias run a Yacht management company, but is also the main captain on these big expensive yachts. He goes into detail of what certifications you will need and what the typical salary looks like if you ever wanted to join this industry! Of course we couldn’t go without an episode of doubling down the importance of networking and how that leads to so many opportunities especially within the boating industry.
