John Brown joins the JayTime podcast to talk about his journey to reaching the pinnacle of his profession of bodybuilding by becoming Mr.Universe and Mr. World! Recently graduated, he realized many of his friends (during covid) had reservations about where they wanted to be career-wise. That's when Jason decided to start JayTime, to give people an opportunity to hear from industry professionals, people in a career that people want to hear from, or someone that works in an interesting spot that would peak the interest of others. This is by no means a must listen, but it does give you context for why we are bringing you episodes! 

Kenny Lord joins the JayTime podcast with great excitement to share his journey in the sheriff department. From flying out of planes, receiving trophies from citizens for saving their baby, working with the FBI in the coast waiting for narcotics, and much more, you don't want to miss this! Jon Cain describes his journey as steps ordered by God. He thought his career in coaching would be in football, but instead his story pivoted with one trip to the women's basketball coach at Baylor. He walked into the office and asked to help in any way possible, which catapulted his career into collegiate athletics at the division one level. Relationships have been a major factor in every step in Jon's career; with getting a foot in the door in athletics, his role in a wooden bat league that produced multiple MLB players, and personally affected by his coaching at Concordia University that allowed him to mentor to several of his players.
