We then meet the three members of Hatty's who have come in studio. Meet Dan, Shawn, and Brandon Hatty's Pizza. We hear about what the future holds for Hatty's and what Steve also thinks of them. We then end it off with the digital download code to the movie Wrong Turn 6 and then the Hatty's theme song. Steve also plugged the T-Ball event taking place with pizza on July 25th at 11:00am East Boston see BPW Facebook group for more info

Season 2 Episode 2  Today we sit down with Humbeats owner of Level Up Always and former high school classmate of mine and music producer. I get to catch and learn all about his business, what he's been up to during the COVID. We learn all about how ambitious Humbeats is with his goals and what he calls rules or guidelines  for the year. One of the most important things going on in our World is police brutality toward black men and women, I had to know what it was like for him at the rally and how he felt there and after with everything that's going on respectfully. We talk about black owned businesses and the importance of getting the word out and supporting them now more than ever. I have added the link below to the link I saw shared on the page and mentioned on the pod along with some as well as Humbeats suggestions which are also below. Love opening up and listening I give some good advice to my loyal listeners as well. I even get to throw in a pop culture question after he brought up an amazing pop culture reference of Kill Bill. We also learn about marketing strategy and how difficult that can be. One of my favorite interviews we talk about my taste in his beats from the past like the Valentine's Day special, his Tupac type beat, The song Monday with artist Austin Fair, who is Hum's cousin and Teamarrr. His recent success can be found on all streaming platforms on Tsu Surf's new album MSYKM and how working with him was. Season 2 Episode 1  In the season 2 premiere Jayybone returns from spring break to bring you interviews from people who have been dealing with the pandemic right now and how it may affect the work or field they are in. In this edition of the jayypod bonecast you will meet our school guidance counselor and three school teachers all teaching different grades. First up is a second grade local teacher Liz you’ll hear my questions i have for her and catch up on what’s been going on during all of this. The pop culture pod inside of us always throws this question at our guest anything good you’ve been watching televisions movies whatever the popular Netflix series 13 Reasons Why?, Degrasi or even Riverdale, and thoughts on these representations of schools. we move on to our second interview with Colleen the school guidance counselor and get her take on Covid-19 and what its like in her workplace. We get a background of her and where she comes from along with how she helps the students being in this difficult situation during a pandemic. We also get her input on 13 Reasons Why? and how it can definitely be a tool for teaching but at an appropriate age since it's very difficult to watch. Of course I bring up Degrasi and why should I they are totally in the right when it comes to giving that message at the end of the episode telling people to go call a hotline or check out a website. A great thing Colleen started up during the Covid-19 part of the school year was a forum to make sure the students had a safe space to voice their concerns if any and be able to see how they are doing because they can not be in person and it can get hard when talking about issues they might not want to talk about. One of the hardest things everyone can agree is all of the senior students not being able to graduate or have their senior week or see eachother, we talk about how hard that must have been for her school. With the future unaware it's great to know that our children are in the hands of good guidance like Colleen. Our second Teacher and third guest of the podcast Leah joins us to also discuss the Covid-19 pandemic, being a young teacher, writer, and poet. One of the greatest things i found from my neighbor was the compassionate poems she would post on her social media or through Facebook groups. You can find more of Leah’s poems on Instagram @lyopoems . She used this time as an outlet to start sharing her poems and hopes to accomplish her first published book of poems.Meet our final teacher Shanna she teaches advanced special needs kindergarteners so you can only imagine how that must have been with the way Covid-19 has affected teaching. She also tells us the events of that day they were sent home not knowing they would not return until the end of the school year and how that would be on any teacher. We then talk some classic television on right now like Riverdale, Degrasi, and 13 Reasons Why and if anything is relatable in the classroom or can be used as a teaching tool. At the end of todays episode not only will you have a chance to get the digital download movie code for the movie Life but if you go to our twitter right now and reply to our tweet who is your favorite dad in any movies you will have a chance to win another digital download movie the twitter is @jayypodbonecast thank you for listening and can't wait for you to listen to what I have in store for the podcast.

This is not our finale as scheduled instead its time to tackle something that has recently has been on everyones mind with the pandemic and how its effecting us being stuck inside a shelter in place order. Jayybone's guest is no other than his facebook friend Darz an un believable and genuine friendship happening live on the pod because this is the first time  talking besides messages. Darz comes to the jayypod bonecast to get serious and let people know what he deals with on a daily bias and how we can help. Jayybone explains how he wants to have Darz as a reoccurring guest to check up on our listeners and him he is also a motivational speaker and lives by a code he calls #daretobedifferent . I personally love it and the way he explains it is so well put the only way to explain it is to listen for yourself. I appreciate all who gives this very serious topic a listen to matter how different it may be from our other pods it always comes full circle here at the podcast because at the end of the day I'm just not only trying to inform myself but if I can just get one person in the crowd to learn something that alone makes up for all this hard work!
